Very disappointing experience at this location. We checked in at 5:00 AM, and were told the load was ready. Later they said one skid was still pending. For just 3–4 skids, we were made to wait around 2 hours, and overall it took about 4.5 hours before we could leave. There was no respect for the driver’s time. This kind of delay is very frustrating, especially when drivers are on tight schedules. They really need to improve their coordination and loading process to avoid wasting drivers’ time.
Foliot Furniture is a great partner for affordable housing developers. They recently furnished our 57-unit LIHTC project in the County of Los Angeles and did an incredible job. They were remarkably committed to meeting our timeline, even adjusting seamlessly to a quicker construction completion to ensure our furniture was delivered and installed right on time. Unloading was very fast — only took about 15 minutes.
Check in at 5:00am check out at 6:00 am nice people you can park on the street behind the back of the building where the docks are
