I found their items really cute and unique, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude and unwelcoming during my visit. One of the women working there made us especially uncomfortable—she kept following us around and watching us as if we were stealing. There was no smile, no greeting, and overall just a very unfriendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my shopping experience here, tasteful whimsical holiday flare in window invites you in, staff were friendly and attentive. I found some interesting last minute holiday gifts today.
Alex and her team here are fantastic. We had our wedding invitations printed here and they were stunning. I love them so much and our guests did too. Alex was so helpful in answering questions about design and budget. She's our printer for life!
We used Folio for our wedding stationary and worked directly with Alex to design and order all our items. We had a lot of stationary for our wedding (invitations, menus, programs, welcome signs, crossword puzzles) and we were focused on making sure all our items matched and fit the general vibe for our wedding. I can’t say enough good things about Folio! Firstly, their gift selection is the best in town. Quality, curated, FUNNY — Alex knows how to pick great items. In terms of the stationary service, again, Folio and Alex are SECOND TO NONE. I did my wedding Save the Dates and Invitation with Folio, and Alex was so patient and thoughtful.
