I was in the mall and inquired with the receptionist the earliest they could take me in, she was able to take me in right away (Wed around 5:30pm) so I was pleasantly surprised. I had seen the reviews on here prior, but I thought I'd take a chance anyways. I was serviced by Yara (I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong), and she was very pleasant. Nice staff & person who did my hair but honestly it was the worst blow out ever. Please don’t believe when someone says that it’s a “senior stylist” doesn’t mean anything no matter how long your experience may be. The blow out was flat and hair was still frizzy as I left. Not everyone knows how to tame certain hair types and that is fine. No bounce, no volume as I did request this! I don’t recommend this place and definitely not for the price point($95). Good deal on product, but not so friendly or helpful front desk person.
I loved the highlights but unfortunately my hair was not cut to my liking. So I go back and hopefully I can get my hair fixed
