No one likes to have their vehicle out of commission for repairs following an accident. However, the team at Williams Collision in Charlotte, NC - from the front desk, to Mike the estimator, to the collision technicians - made this situation go smoothly and painlessly. Our vehicle looks better than it did prior to the accident. We also had a choice for a rental vehicle from Williams Subaru or Enterprise located close by. I recommend Williams Collision 100%.

Somebody smacked my mirror while I was parked on the side of the road in a parking spot. They replaced by mirror and had me back on the road in under an hour.
5 stars mostly for Marie —- she’s a true gem to work with. Professional, friendly, flexible. I am glad I was able to trust my Subaru to her care and coordination. She was the face and name of my experience there! Thank you, Marie!
I recently had a rock, the size of a baseball, hit the front of my Subaru Outback and then bounce up and shatter the driver side of my windshield. Williams Auto Body Shop was where I went to get the repair, and between them and my insurance company, they fixed my car quickly and efficiently. It now looks even better than when I purchased it. Would highly recommend them for your repairs!
