Please do NOT waste your time with this place. My rear passenger door was hit. I chose HLCC of CLT to do the repairs bc it was right beside the certified Mercedes shop. I figured easy access to parts, etc. My car stayed there for 3 weeks! When it was finally finished, the door has a constant whistle of air. I have taken the vehicle back at least 3x but to no avail.
