Called owner to question exorbitant charges on an invoice. No call back. They overcharge and take of advantage of people during the COVID-19 Pandemic. $144 hour labor rate for 'laborers' $215 per hour for a 'mechanic'. I was charged $12.99 for gloves. $3.15 for electrical tape. On top of that a $150 charge for 'confined space' Absolutely ridiculous. None of this was disclosed prior to job.

The worst of the worst, stay away at any cost. They tried to replace finely working pump at the double price. They charge $150 for to give you a quote for. When we asked if you they can fix it -to avoid the unexpected charge to be included in the total of what was asked- we were told that it's too late because they closed the ticket. Very shady and extremely overpriced company to stay away from.
