Terrible. Tried to rent a hospital bed via insurance and they made it an impossible task, requesting information not needed by the insurer to pay for the claim. There are others who are much easier to do business with. Avoid them!
I will never buy from them again, I was goin to wound care center for a wound, and they said I needed compression wraps, I knew my insurance would cover but was told I had to pay upfront, and I did, and was told would get my money back. I emailed and called. But got nowhere.
Rented lift-chairs for an elderly summer visitor. Chairs were delivered and picked up as scheduled, with a call the day of to let me know when they were coming. Smooth, fast set-up by knowledgeable tech. Clean, comfortable chairs worked perfectly.
