Had to wait a week for an appointment. Was not told that I would not get my taxes done that night. Arrive to the appointment to find out that it would take up to 2 weeks (it took longer) and was given an estimate of $135 and then was emailed with a ridiculous cost of $200 for myself and $270 for my boyfriend. Highway robbery!

Definitely a first class job. I wouldn't get my taxes done anywhere else!
