I have worked out here for about 3-4 years now. All of the trainers are friendly and helpful. They always help you meet your goals. A friend also went here to get ready for Coast Guard, and now is in school for it. It is like a family here, getting to meet new people is great. They allow all ages. Chad is my trainer. He always enjoys getting to talk to people, and helping them.
Dan helped me recover after 5 back surgeries. I could not stand without help. He was patient and guided me to a place where I could travel to Australia to see my son. Dan will help you meet your goals!!!
