I was looking forward to giving this place a 5 star, but they cancelled my service on the afternoon before it was due (with no reason provided). I had originally made the booking 2 months in advance. They offered to book me in a new spot 6 weeks away. So that's why the neutral rating.

Avoid this place – worst experience ever with a dealership. We’re travellers from Switzerland and bought a second-hand 2018 Fiat Ducato (still under warranty, only 55,000km on the engine) through a private sale. When we broke down on the Princes Highway, we had the van towed to the Foley Fiat Professional, hoping they’d be reliable and professional. We couldn’t have been more wrong. This is only my experience but it is a good news story. I had to get our MH 25.1 Fiat Ducato 2021 towed from Batemans Bay to a Fiat Professional Dealer at Sutherland. They were Foley Automotive. Now they are a Ducato only repair agent. As I found out there is a difference between normal Fiat service and Fiat Professiknal service.
