Not happy with how they don't do what they're supposed to with OTR drivers. When you send return parts to Bartonville you should have emailed them the packing list as well I should not be able to come here with the load and have to wait 2 hrs on your response to an e mail to get unloaded.
Foley equipment is usually top notch across the board.
- TRUCK SHOP SPECIFIC - REPOST SINCE ORIGINAL WAS REMOVED. Also, editing due to speaking with Mark Silva & feeling like my concerns were heard. I have been a consistent customer with Foley for going on 4.5 years. I’ve had an engine rebuild, engine swap, transmission replaced, rear ends replaced, you name it. There for a long time I was having my truck serviced monthly with them. As of late, the CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION has gone to crap.
