The price, customer service, was top notch, saved over $2,000 from my local Toro Dealers in the Brainerd Lakes area. Highly recommend !
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Took a Stihl weed whip in for a no start, they were told get started and call with estimate. Took three weeks. Many days i called and the mechanic was not in. When it was finally done, no estimate call, wanted to charge $355 for a weed whip new was only $250. They tried to negotiate down the price by taking $20 in parts back out. Poor communication, rude, unprofessional. will not ever use again. Will drive further to Princeton or Sauk Rapids next time.
Fantastic service and experts to help with our Toro lawn Mower we purchased. We’ve also dropped off our chainsaw and they had a quick turn around time for it! They called us with estimate and thoroughly walked us through their process and how it works before we okayed the work! Recommend Foley Engines for all our small engine needs.
We dropped off our weed whip with explicit instructions: get it started, but call us first if it needs anything major. They called to say it was ready and hit us with a $355 bill. A brand-new, comparable machine retails between $260 and $390. Charging the same price as a brand-new tool with a warranty is the exact definition of a "major repair," yet they never called for authorization. A terrible experience. Our Ranger was brought in the beginnig of June 2025.. We did not get it back until the middle of August. 5200.00$ We had it for 2 months and the part they put in was default. We brought it back in the middle of November. The part w as on warranty. They received the part on dec 2. On Dec 28th they told us we could pick it up the next week. JAN 5. A month.
