I wanted to be informative in my review. As a family we had a rather large case that we were dealing with which would require regular updates, proper communication and thorough legal advice consistently! We were denied of all the above things -rarely notified, hardly any updates at all and were often IGNORED when we wanted to ask questions about our case.
