Great service. Arrived on time. Service installers were very courteous and efficient. They Answered all our questions and explained the operation of the shutters. Cleaned the whole balcony to our satisfaction when they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

Great product and great customer service!
I have worked with Folding Shutter for many years, and in the past found them to be a fine Company. Things have now changed and a recent installation by them was a disaster. I was told that ownership has recently changed. If that is so, it is for the worst. In my recent installation they encountered problems for which they were unprepared, and in general over promised, overcharged, and under performed.
