What used to be a good company has turned into the worse company. 72 hour turnaround is now 1-2 months. Good luck getting a customer service representative who will be willing to tell you anything about your order. Promised overnight shipping for three consecutive days, just to have it shipped out regular ground four days late. Find any other company because I don't possibly see how someone could be worse.
*** They are still fulfilling back orders from December**** I placed my order on 12/11/15 and as of today it's still in process. The worst part is they even collected my money to process the order. If you call the company that owns them (Ennis), they have been VERY helpful with supplying info to me when Folders Express could not. They even helped expedite my order, supposedly.
After using this company for nearly 20 years, it is unfortunate to be forced to look elsewhere. Since they were purchased by Ennis, the service and turnaround times have become a nightmare.
Wow, what a terrible company. Turnaround times are LIES. 1-3 day jobs take WEEKS. Customer service reps lack intelligence, managers are never available, nobody knows what is going on in the company. STAY AWAY!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!
Incompetent, Misleading that's the new Folder Express. I had a large simple 9 X 12 folder in house for a month. After countless excuses It finally goes to press & they tell me their out of stock & the job will take another 15 days. I canceled the job and now Navitor is printing & shipping the job in 2 days.
