Purchased a chair for my disabled daughter and right away have had nothing trouble. Attempts to receive help either go unanswered or take long periods to receive a response. Those of you know that are in a chair, if it doesn't work there needs to be some urgency in being able to get it working again. Please think twice before spending money on this product and company. I would strongly suggest trying alternative products as I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life.
