Well they permanently let go of their employees who have been there for quite a while (via email), hired new people with less experience for more money than current employees who have to train said new employees, constantly changing the system to how work gets done so it can be very unorganized, disregards employees concerns on products and processes, and HR doesn't communicate with employees.
