I called to book an appointment for my 3 kids and was told that I needed to bring 2 one day and 1 the next day. I proceeded to explain the young receptionist that I would prefer to take them all at once not to have to miss work twice and that it wasn't urgent, I was willing to wait a few weeks before the appointment if necessary. She told me it was impossible and agreed that I should go elsewhere: our files are already with this clinic. Great Clinique !!! Totally recommended. I came with my left eye without seeing due to a perforated retina. The optometrist gave me not just an accurate diagnose but also helped me obtain an emergency laser surgery which I would have struggled in the current context of Quebecs health system. He spoke to the other doctor and explained the situation just to get the appointment with the other doctor. Full service in one single appointment ! Definitely coming back whenever I need it.
