Melinda is always amazing at cutting my hair.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Foil and Fades Studio! I found this salon about 2 years ago when we were visiting the area. We live 2.5 hours away. I was given an appointment the day I called. Everyone is so friendly. You walk in and are greeted with "hellos" from all the staff. They treat you like family! Here it is 2 years later and we make the trip every month...yes, we drive 2.5 hours because Heather is the best! I HIGHLY recommend this salon! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. We had a scheduled appointment for my son's haircut, and stylist Courtland arrived 30 minutes late. After we had already been waiting, she proceeded to take another client instead of acknowledging or assisting us. There was no apology, explanation, or attempt to make things right—such as offering a discount or complimentary haircut—which I found extremely unprofessional. Amazing place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Comfortable and clean environment. Im new to the area and got tired driving over an hour to VA to get my hair done. Also, I'm VERY particular with my hair due to my thickness, texture, and length. I have had people chop my hair all up and results were not what I asked for. Courtlyn is truly the best.
