I moved further away and switched salons. I thought expensive would mean high quality, but the color outcome was always just so so. And then on the sixth visit, the stylist did something totally crazy and colored the back half of my head a solid warm color without any highlights or blending with the front half?! I waited for a couple weeks to see if it would fade in nicer and it just got worse. Luckily Jen had a cancellation and was able to rescue this very obvious mistake two days later!
