I stopped in for a retouch, cut, eyebrow wax, and gloss. Everyone was nice and professional. I was surprised the stylist didn’t use any kind of barrier cream to prevent dye from staining my skin. After the dye was washed out, she didn’t have anything to take the dye off. There was an excessive amount on my forehead and both sides of my neck that wouldn’t come off for days.
