Ghee made me spending my birthday at fogo de Chão a real pleasure. I would eat here anytime, he had very great customer service and made this experience worth while. 10/10, he deserves a raise.

The service was not good, and the barbecue was very disappointing. The meat had no seasoning, and when it wasn’t raw, it was burned. The service quality also needs improvement. If you want to attract and keep customers, there is a lot that needs to be improved. It really left a lot to be desired.

The salad bar was decent and had a good variety. Unfortunately, the main reason people come here — the meat — was disappointing. Most of the cuts were served very undercooked, almost raw, and difficult to eat. The servers were friendly, but the overall experience didn’t match the price. For a Brazilian steakhouse, the quality and preparation of the meat should be much better.
