I have never had a contractor who could not send a correct invoice after 3 attempts. You continued to send the same invoice 3 times. It's apparent that you give no attention to your potential customers. Reply to response - yes, I received the exact same contract 4 times. The issue, not honoring a coupon that was provided and adjusting the contract. I repeatedly ask for an adjusted contract only to be sent the original 3 additional times. That is my dispute. Called in and e-mailed in January of 2017, no service given after two calls and e-mails stating they would be out to do the job in the next few weeks. I understand about weather and temperature, but not being able to come out in 2 years is not okay. Called in September of this year, said they would do an estimate. Emailed on the 12th of October and got a response that said it shouldn't be a problem to get to us in the next few weeks, depending on weather. (Same response I got in 2017.) Started calling Steve Fogle in October at the recommendation of a neighbor to get my 1 year old driveway sealed. Steve said it was too late to get it done that season, but would come out within the next few weeks to fill a couple seams before the winter hit. Mid-November... nothing. I called and reminded him about the two seams before the snow, he said "oh yeah", and said he would get to it soon, then come back in the spring to seal the rest of it.
