I made arrangements to leave my car on a Sunday and my key in the drop box as we would be out of town for a week. I left my business card as we discussed so they could call about the repairs that were covered through my insurance except for the deductible. I heard nothing and expected there were no problems. Brought my car in for Body Work (Driver Side Door and Passenger Door) - Yes, their prices beat everyone else's.... BUT When I got my car back, someone either stole or replaced my top grill from Chrome to Black!!! I drive a Chevrolet Cruze, so there are 2 grill pieces. One on top of the chevy symbol and one at the bottom. The TOP Grill is now Black and the Bottom is still Chrome. I had a minor wreck which dented the front door a month ago. I had to bring the car back to the due to inside damage caused by the workers. Also the repair work was not completed door was not aligned and would not shut. The paint job was horrible, you could see where someone bumped the fender while the paint was wet and failed to take a second to fix it. Got the the car back today and there is additonal damage to the inside( busted speaker & chipped paint on door) and not everything was fixed from the first incident!!
