Foggy Window Repair

We replaced a glass on a window and they were supposed to put new wood on it. Initial price for that was $400, $300 without the wood. We chose the wood replacement as well. They came after several attempts to find the right time, and when they replaced the glass they didn’t replace the wood part. They also told us to go buy some caulk for it because they didn’t have any!! After contacting the owner and sending him the pictures of the job he never replied anymore and we never got the money back from the job they didn’t do.

Friendly folks and very quick service. My windows were beyond “foggy”, milky is a better description. So nice to find a window company that doesn’t try to sell me on all new windows and upgrades. I’ll be using Foggy Window Repair again when needed. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Foggy Window Repair. Communication was easy and convenient via text, and the service was prompt and professional. One of my windows had become foggy, and they were able to replace just the glass and fix the problem without replacing the entire window. They scheduled and completed the repair within a matter of days, and the new glass looks great. Very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them.

I got a phone call from Mark offering his services, I called him, he answered on a Saturday promised that he will be here Monday and install on Tuesday, it was to good to be true. He came Monday for measurements and today they are installing the broken window. I can't thank him enough for the honesty and fast service, he will be on my preferred list for my real estate clients. Highly recommended and very well done job.
