The people were friendly, the facilities were nice and clean. Nice bathrooms and changing rooms, but water level was kind of low (no fault of Foggy Bottom) This was our first experience with them. In the past we used the competitor across the street because they offered a military discount, but when I asked Foggy Bottom for one they quickly replied "Sure" & covered, our tax (Which is almost 10%), so I will return once the water gets higher. Great customer service! I absolutely love that they are pet friendly!! My dog absolutely loved getting to go on the kayak!
