My wife and I were really excited to build the Fogazzo Brazilian oven. However, when things finally arrived a part sent from Brazil was not correct. I sent Sergio a message on 11/5 and now it's 11/26 and still no call back to get a resolution whether a new part has been ordered. I don't mind that things have been originally delayed given supply chain issues, but this does not excuse poor customer service.
