Purchased a 25000btu furnace. The first one quit at 7000' elev. The replacement works but the thermostat unfortunately ruined my opinion of the purchase. They say a temperature difference of 5 deg. is normal before it goes off and on. So you either are freezing or cooking the entire time. They have offered to take it back and refund my money, but I had to cut several holes to accommodate the unit and thermostat, and will live with it, because it's quiet and efficient. I obtained a used Fogatti tankless water heater that needed a new part and install. They answered every question I had. Along with knowledgeable customer service they were courteous and responded quickly if I wasnt able to reach them by phone. Fogatti provides great products with great customer service that is second to none. I highly recommend them.
They sent a different part than ordered and when I called and asked if they could overnight the new part I was told they needed approval from a manager. In the end, no one ever called back to say the manager approved the rush shipping. The correct part did not show up until after we returned from our trip that had be planned for a year. This was the second time using a new Rv with a fogatti water heater. A lazy employee and no effort to make the situation right has earned them a 1 Star review.
