I recently hired Fogarty’s home services for a week long project in one of my homes. The attic was found to have old batting insulation and mold along the ceiling joists mainly due to poor ventilation which apparently passed inspection in 2018 when I bought the home. It also did not have a ridge vent outside across the top of roof. Needless to say, it was a massive job. I very recently had a Drop Ceiling put in my family’s basement. My Home Comfort Specialist was Mark Rogerson he was extremely helpful with my decision making on what was needing to be done. He was able to answer any and all questions. He is the greatest guy. I had the BEST crew ever. Brian the Foreman along with Kavel and Gladston the 2 installers were the best group of guys. Fogarty's Home Services has been fantastic for us. We have a problematic basement and they worked with us over more than 7 years to solve the problems. Their pricing was extremely fair, and every worker was knowledgeable and pleasant. I give them my highest recommendation.
Needed a radon system. Melissa in the office was very nice. Mark came a week or so later and gave us all the info and planned the system. Took a bit to get scheduled after that but when we got the call to schedule they were able to come like three days later. Scott did the install. Nice guy.
