Fogarty was representing my daughter in a case, when she was asked to help get my daughter DD occomidations her reply was "she seems fine to me" My daughter has been diagnosed with Autism spectrum and Fetal alcohol spectrum her processing speed for information is about 30% slower than that of her peers. Even with documents showing this her lawyer Mrs Fogarty refused to help my daughter get the occomidations that were necessary for her to understand what was happening.
