I really wanted to support this business, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for passion twists and ended up waiting over two hours with no stylist in sight. The owner eventually Ubered me and two other clients to another location because the stylist refused to come. So the first time I came here, had a horrible experience. I decided to go back and give it a second chance and I was happy with the boho style. Yesterday was my 3rd time and I must say never ever ever again coming here. First off I don't understand how this shop has so many mirrors and not one customer is facing it. I never went to a hair shop and my back is facing the mirror instead of me facing in front of the mirror so that I can see the progress of my hair.
