If you're considering Gene Foehl for any one of his willdy diverse "specialties", I strongly suggest you RUN. Shameful is the only word that comes to my mind. In hindsight, I don't know what the guy actually did besides find reasons to bill. Emails that were sent for no reason and emails that weren't returned, answers to questionsthat were not answers but doublespeak, trips to the bank that were useless, trips to the court that serve no purpose, meetings that were set up for no purpose and accomplished nothing......these thi... read more
I can't even put one star down for this guy. He's a shyster, not a lawyer. Anybody who's reviewed him here and given him five stars has been duped as so many people are when they're ignorant of the law. This man has lied repeatedly, stalled the probate process on my mother's estate creating reasons to bill the estate for unnecessary and unrequested meetings. He has been preying on my sister (who's the executrix), taking advantage of her ignorance about law. Good attorneys do not do this. They don't need to. This guy's career... read more
