Dean Wiseman - absolutely corrupt bloke. Works with the insurance companies to low ball you. I got a second opinion on my car and it was 7 grand higher. Stay away from these people!
The guy who works there - Justin is a scammer. He is scamming people all over Australia. He quoted a little, tiny dent on a car as a $800 damage repair. When the fact is it costs between $150-250 to fix it.
Justin Colyer-Pooley there assessor who can make an assessment from 3 states away with never viewing vehicle in person incredible..! Never seen such a lack of integrity like this and is a complete an utter blight on himself and trade. After obtaining a quotation from a reputable repairer as asked by AIG they have passed it to this company to reduce cost as they just simply don’t want honour there insurance. Scam, Scam, Scam!!! Stay away from this business! A car repair that would have cost $600 max, they charged $2700! Stay away from this dishonest business!
Really terrible support after receiving advice/reports. When asked for an explanation of any of the numbers/points/details (pretty much anything) their response was simply "I've been doing this for 11 years, trust me". Got a two more opinions since, which both suggested Focussed had simply given a tick without actually checking anything. Bunch of pen pushers, I have no faith they do their job.
