My family have been visiting this location for bout 5 years now. Today all I an say was terrible customer service, rude front desk receptionist. Lost my business. Family of 5.
I am absolutely livid with this place. My husband made an appointment because he was having eye problems. The optometrist found 2 retinal tears, sent us to the hospital because they have an ophthalmologist and we're told they know we are coming. After a $3600 visit at the hospital we found that they do not in fact have an ophthalmologist on call nor did they know we were coming. So several hours later trying to find someone to help my husband. Personally I feel like place owes us for the wasted hospital visit. I do not recom... read more
Dr. Tibilleti is awesome. He is very attentive and does a great job! The front is nice and informative as well!
I have always had good experience at focusing on eye care. The doctors always took time and answered questions and took time finding the right vision for for your eye. Staff is friendly too.
Doctors were very welcoming & understanding of your eye issues.
