Focus Fit has been my second home for the last 3 years. I’ve tried other gyms and it’s just not the same! I’ll be coming here for as long as we’re open I love it
My experience with FF has been mental as well as building my strength.. Havent worked out iin 30 years and this has changed my life. Muscle does eat fat. Love the personal attention I receive to make sure I do it right. I am 74 years young. Come join us
Focus Fit is Amazing. Nick, Keith and crew know what they are doing when it comes to working out safely and efficiently. The accountability and check-in's from Nick really keep me motivated. I've never been happier with a gym than I am with FF. Love being part of the Focus Fit/Easy Tiger Family
