The front desk woman has been around since the former practice, Brady Chiropractic. During my third visit with FocusedHealth and Dr. Bryce, I called ahead to let her know I’d be five minutes late due to work running over. The experience ended up being quite awkward — barely a word exchanged aside from payment. Dr. Bryce is great. The front desk, not so much. 5 stars for Dr. Bryce, 1 star for the front desk. We’re all human—being 5 minutes late, especially with notice, shouldn’t warrant that kind of attitude.
I scheduled an appointment for low back and hip pain. Dr. Bryce was able to correct the low back issue and also corrected an ongoing shoulder issue without me even mentioning it!
