Alex is the best!!!!! I've been working with Alex to help mend some angry shoulders and she's been so helpful in suggesting stretches and every time I get a massage they genuinely feel better and have gained a lot more mobility. 10/10

Alex takes an interest in understanding where you need attention and goes to work. I appreciate a massage therapist willing to apply more pressure and allow me to ask for less, and Alex does that. I had the 90 min massage and she covered all muscle groups. Highly recommend.

After slipping a disk mid-December and tearing my piriformis muscle very badly, I was starting to look into mobility devices and consider my fate with chronic nerve pain. Last Wednesday, I got a massage from Alex and I am a new woman. I’m no longer staring down the barrel of permanent nerve damage. I can safely and comfortably do my stretches and I’m finally on the road to recovery after almost two months! I can’t recommend her enough. Her skills have been honed over a long career; she’s intuitive and personal.
