They need to learn how to treat there employees. It's not right that they yell at them in front of everyone. They need to learn how to pull people a side and talk to them not do it in front of everyone. It's called have respect.
I can say that they are a very professional company and maintain high proficiency, quality, and accuracy in their work. They also are very willing to employ people who have nowhere else they can work due to disabilities or lack of education or skills.
My company was drowning in documents that are mandated by federal and state government be kept on file. I needed a document imaging company to handle this time consuming and tedious work. I met with Charles Tobin, the owner of the company, and right away my problem was solved. Glad I went with Focused Technologies. Mr Tobin was very accessible and kept my business from having any regulatory issues.
