I would highly recommend Focus Recovery to anyone seeking counseling for a variety of issues. I am seeing progress, which is hugely encouraging. All the staff has been great! Jenn is amazing! She is always responsive and has amazing insights and input. Her approach to counseling/therapy challenges me to step outside of my comfort zone enough to grow and manage everything in a healthy way. The one star is just for the system that Focus Recovery has to offer. My councilor CALLI had me fooled with her poker face/neutral personality, at one point I was happy think that another female accepted me -although i'm truly kindhearted and mean well to everyone I meet I've always had issues with females not liking me since Jr high.
