As a Physical Therapist, I am beyond impressed with their attention to movement quality, strength development, and efficient mechanics is top tier. The coaching does an excellent job improving movement patterns, power, and speed while keeping athletes healthy and progressing safely. Highly recommend for anyone looking to train at a high level and build durable, athletic performance.
Eric truly knows what he’s doing as a trainer and as a coach. The programming is intentional, the coaches are helpful, and the community is amazing. This is one of the best gyms a student athlete can find!
