Cannot recommend Tim highly enough! Our cream rug had been very well loved by our two toddlers and two dogs, so I honestly didn’t have high hopes for it. Tim collected it and returned it looking absolutely brand new! Such an easy, seamless experience from start to finish. We will definitely be using his services again.
