I used Focussed Focus Heath Care for about 2 years and over a 14 month period they missed taking me to my medication at the RBWH 13 times. Not including the other medical appts and social outing. A clear break down between admin and the support workers. Needs to be be fixed.
Worst company to deal with. Case manager always gets budgets wrong. Case manager refuses to assist with getting products that you are eligible for through MAC. Support workers are unreliable and rude. Save yourself the stress and go through anyone else.
