I’m giving this a five star I wish I can give it a 10 tish is the person that helped me with my taxes. She explained everything to me. She walked me through certain situations when it came to claiming my children. She stayed on top of it and she was reasonable priced. I wish there was 10 stars because that is what her and her company deserve. Thank you so much for helping me with my taxes. I will be returning and bringing people as well.
Leticia, is a hard working, motivated and caring person that will go above and beyond to have you understand what you need. Not many people will spend the time you need to understand what happens when dealing with the IRS and any other avenue you need help with.
Filed taxes last year here , I was behind a few years so I paid extra to get caught up. I never received any of my return from state or federal. The IRS tells me to contact where it was filed at , I was told many different lies each month as I waited to receive checks in the mail after they mishandled my direct deposit information, I called back all summer, and by fall when I called and asked what I need to do next , they answered and said “sorry you have the wrong number”, as if I’m not very well familiar with her voice aft... read more

Letizia Knapp’s incompetence and downright negligence led NY State and NY City to issue me late payment penalties totaling $2,528.65 (see screenshots). [ UPDATE: I received an additional late payment penalty from the IRS in the amount of $840, for a grand total of $3,368.65 ] It started with her filing 2020 extensions on my behalf - which I wasn't actually aware she was doing.
