My first time here. Everything and everyone was great until we had a discrepancy with what lenses would cost. I was told I'd have to pay over $200 for just lenses. I said that wasn't right, it should just be a copay, i have multiple coverages. They looked into it and fixed something but it was still going to be the same charge. Then I was just shrugged at and dismissed because they were busy. I walked out in frustration and sent an email with my benefit plan that showed the copay.
