The staff tried to keep family informed so that was nice, however jewelry and personal items appeared to be missing.
I want to thank everybody at Focus Care for taking care of my mom during her Rehabilitation Joey Lakeisha Kiki Evelyn Jennifer Sarah Taylor Leo Bobbie thank you all so much for being there in such a traumatizing time in our life I appreciate all of you
Will hum let say first of all the director Jennifer, does NOT care if anything is missing from these residents or your mom or so she don't know is what was said ..I bought my mom a valentines plant and since then my mother has been moved twice and her one plant has not been found, yes I am upset cause it is something I bought my mom to enjoy seeing...plus her valentines gift really they don't care of any sentimental values you bring your loved ones...
Best place to work ! Love the residents and staff, I felt like I was where I was meant to be from day one !
