April 4th, 2025, was the anniversary of my sister’s passing. If there was a zero star, that’s what I would give She was supposed to be there two weeks because of foot surgery. But due to you all’s neglect, she began to slowly decline You all were negligent, and you gave her too much medication, causing her to end up at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital, due to an overdose, per the ER doctor’s statement. Not sure how they earned 4.6 starts. It actually blows my mind. For one, my grandma is actually having to look into going to a nursing home now after being at their facility because they didn’t give her the care that she needed. Right after her brain surgery, she ended up at Pam rehabilitation in clear lake.
