I placed my loved one in this facility and regretted it instantly. He has been in other skilled nursing facilities and this one was the absolute worst. I chose it due to their close proximity to my home. In the end that was its only good thing because it allowed us to attend to him properly. The staff were inattentive to patients. Tell me what this look like? This is the 1st time I have ever been to this place and I have driven by 100's of times and I said to myself that looks like a nice place. Looks can be deceiving. One of the employees brought my friend dinner and said it was Salmon dinner. After she left I ask my friend if she/he wanted to eat and said yes so I removed the cover and friend couldn't bite a piece off so I tried to cut it with a fork and it still would not cut (China makes better plastic forks than this... very flimsy). • I've been here for 2 months now... a lot longer than I ever thought I'd be. I completely lucked out though because I love the staff here. They're so friendly, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Crislyn, thank you for making sure that my pain stayed under control by making adjustments to my pain medications as needed. If I was in need of therapy again , I would definetly come back here. The therapist are great. The stay here was the best place I could've went to. If you need therapy come here.

My dad has been here so far for 3weeks and everyone from the staff, the nurses, and the admin have been extremely friendly and caring. My dad is bedridden and has a lot of health issues and the staff is always attentive with his needs like his meds, insulin shots, and dialysis transportation. You can see it in the other patients that live there they are friendly and either walking around or in their wheelchairs visiting with others. I truly appreciate everyone at Focused Care. Thank you for all you do.
