Upon entering the facility, I was struck by the complete lack of attention for both patients and visitors. There was no one at the front desk to greet me or provide assistance, which left me to navigate the unfamiliar surroundings on my own as I searched for my mother-in-law's room. Amazing staff, they provided effective and fast care for my uncle while he was in their care. I was informed of everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend for them to care for anyone that is in need. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for everything.
