I completed this program today, making it a year ago to the date that I started my life. This place, the staff and clients helped change and mold me into the person I am today and for that im forever grateful. If you would have told me a year and a half ago id go to treatment for a year and complete it only to start fresh, I would have told you your crazy. Thats not the case though. Thank you to staff and fellow clients for all you have done!
The people here helped me so much in so many ways they help me realize . The person that I always knew that I could be they helped me find my true self and I thanked them from the bottom of my heart And if you want it bad enough, you can do it, things will be hard.But just never give up on yourself. I just want to say one more thing to the staff at FAR thank you and bless every one of you love y'all so much
I did 5 out of 6months i were required to do. I was one of the few that was serious about my recovery and to hear from other patients that i were an inspiration to them. But i was discharged for my behavior and sending a happy birthday text for another patient. I was told i was disrespectful to staff, which they were very rude and called other patients there names and also few times where i thought they were going to get in a physical alterations. Amazing facility. Elizabeth, Renae, Emily and Woody are angels! Provided a great opportunity for me to have time and not worry about anything else. They definitely work with you and put your comfort and safety first so you can focus on your recovery.
From my first call the far staff promised if they didn’t have what I needed they wouldn’t turn me away without making sure I had a safe place to go. Fortunately, they did have what I needed and after having just finished 50 days with FAR I can say that they delivered on their promise.
