Charging money to cancel or reschedule, kind of weird
I had a terrible experience here. Everything started fine, but once the doctor took me in, he scolded me in a very rude and harsh way for not knowing certain information. He also scolded me for not having glasses for a long time, even though I didn’t have access to get prescription glasses. He was just very rude about it, without even knowing my situation.
